Do you suffer from any of the following symptoms?
One or more of these symptoms can be a sign of Sleep Apnea.
Obstructive sleep apnea is the most common type of sleep apnea. It occurs when the soft tissue in the back of the throat relaxes during sleep and blocks the airway, often causing you to snore loudly.
Sleep Apnea and the deprivation of oxygen can cause health problems such as heart attacks, stroke, high blood pressure and depression. Also, there can be chronic sleepiness and drowsiness, daytime fatigue, morning headaches, trouble concentrating, reduced memory.
People with Obstructive Sleep Apnea are ten times more likely to die in a car accident than people without it. If left untreated, Sleep Apnea can have irreversible results.
